They specialize in the letting and management of high quality, exclusive student properties in the Headingley, Hyde Park, Burley and Woodhouse areas together with residential lettings and properties in Leeds City Centre, providing a service which is second to none.
The Brief
Myhomez were a newly formed company but with the wealth of experience from the staff, they had the perfect platform to be one of the market leaders in the industry of Property Sales and Lettings.
Being a new company, they required the whole branding and marketing material being developed as well as the website. They provided the colour scheme which was white, pink and black and from this we needed to create the website and marketing material.
They required the website to be very user friendly with lots of information easily accessible to the users and also with a very easy to use search facility to help the users find their perfect property. They wished to have similar features to Rightmove with photos downloads and request information forms.
They also required some 3D on the website as well as some flash animation which they wanted to use to give the website the edge over their rivals.
The Solution and Special features
The web design that was created was very simple but with the colour scheme and the flash animation, this proved to be large success. The style is very easy on the eyes and with the navigation at the top of the website all the time, proved to be very easy to navigate.
The search feature effectively promotes the properties that they have on their system and combined with a “property print feature”, “request a viewing” and other options, the perfect platform to generate sales and lets through the website.
They needed the website to be Search Engine Optimised to increase their internet presence and to create as much interest in their properties as possible. With high keyword density text and W3C validation, this was achieved for them.
To increase traffic, we also run an effective online Pay Per Click campaign for them which generates them constant interest and ensure they average a few thousand hits a month.
The website is controlled through a very sophisticated Content Management System which has proven very easy to use and allows Myhomez to successfully control and manage their properties and website. The Content Management System means that they can control their properties from anywhere and has also reduced the wastage of time through paper work and procedures. Everything is now controlled through the website, for example, landlords, billing, key allocation etc.
Overall the website is a complete success and the company is very successful in the related market.
