Tudor Environmental

Since their start in 1994, Tudor Environmental have committed to being a single source solution for the ground maintenance industry, as-well as offering excellent levels of customer service and product knowledge.

How it Began

Tudor Environmental are a well established business catering to the grounds maintenance industry, and they were in need of a boost for their online presence and implement an eCommerce aspect to their company. With this being their first eCommerce website, it was important we ensured that they hit the ground running.

The Scope

Tudor's current website was initially an online catalog showcasing their products, and engaging customers by requesting sales enquiries via call or email. The goal was to create an easy to use eCommerce and CMS system to offload some of the internal processes to the website in order to provide an informative and instant resource for customers outside of trading hours.

The Challenges

Due to the large range of products, it was important to showcase the unique selling points of each item without customers having to click into the product to improve user flow, we implemented an image tag system which gave Tudor the ability to select which USP showed for each product to highlight their key facts.

Smart Thinking

In order to further reduce management of the site for the team at Tudor, we created created a smart system within the website which showcases seasonal products on the homepage based off what was last year's best sellers, this meant that Tudor would no longer need to manually update the featured products to showcase relevant products for customers depending on the season.

The Result

On handover, we were able to provide Tudor with a new eCommerce site packed full of features to both improve user experience and assist with business management, with new features constantly being implemented, the business is on a constant level of growth.
